You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return request. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested after the 7-day window has passed.

- The product must be unwashed, unused, and show no signs of wear.
- All original tags and labels must be intact and untampered with.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, and due to their nature, some items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include:
- Innerwear (e.g., briefs, boxers)
- Swimwear
- Socks and Stockings
- Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
- Jewelry (specifically earrings)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Submit Your Request: Visit the "Returns" section on our website or email us directly at care@indobaz.com. Please provide your Order ID and the reason for the return.
- Provide Photos (If Applicable): If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear pictures of the product and its packaging to your request.
- Prepare Your Package: Once your return request is approved, please package the product securely in its original box to avoid damage during transit.
- Return Pickup: We will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the product from your address.
5. Inspection and Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be initiated within 1-2 business days.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, as processing times can vary depending on your bank.
- You can choose to receive your refund to your original payment method or as store credit for your next purchase.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
