Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our vendor locations in India within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Special Handling for Home Décor
We take extra care with fragile items to ensure they arrive safely.
- Clothing & Accessories: These items follow our standard processing and handling times.
- Home Décor & Fragile Items: These products are packaged with additional protective materials. This may occasionally add an extra day to the processing time. Any significant handling delay will be noted at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Good news! **Indobaz.com covers all customs and import duties** for shipments to the UAE. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no surprise charges upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order's status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to **three times**, with notifications sent to you before each attempt.
- If the delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be marked as cancelled and returned.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If you need to update your address after an order has shipped, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the address is not updated and the delivery fails, the order may be cancelled and subject to our refund policy.
