4. How to Initiate a Return Request

  2. Return Pickup:
    • Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup of the product from your provided address.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 1-2 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • It may take 7-10 business days to reflect back on your card as per your bank's policy.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as a store credit (as per your preference).
  • Shipping fees may be deducted unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
