- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
3. Acceptable Return Conditions
Your return request will only be accepted if:
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product has not been washed, used, or shows no signs of wear.
- All tags and labels are intact and untampered.
4. How to Initiate a Return Request
- Submit a Request:

- Provide:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for the return
- Pictures of the product (if defective or damaged)
- Return Pickup:
- Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup of the product from your provided address.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated within 1-2 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
- It may take 7-10 business days to reflect back on your card as per your bank's policy.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as a store credit (as per your preference).
- Shipping fees may be deducted unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
